I got this as a surprise birthday present for my boyfriend and made sure to state this was a gift when booking. He arrived at the location and was turned away because they apparently only serve ladies. This was not made explicit in any way, manner or form. Total waste of time.

The venue was good, the eyelash extensions weren't what I was looking for but they were done well nonetheless. I got through really quickly, 15 minutes before my actual booked appointment. Staff were friendly and nice. Nice place.
