I booked a shellac and I chose to pay on the premises. First, they didn't have shellac, only gel and second the price was higher than previously booked. I wasn't informed about the price until all the work was done! The manicure lasted exactly one week, even though I was assured it'd be for 2. It lost its shine very quickly too. Not going back there.

hair dye never covered grey. had to go back second time, Lady said she used the other dye this time. problem still ongoing. both dyes were useless. Staff try to compensate by being over friendly and nice, but service is very poor.
