Sophia is extremely gentle and takes in to account my low threshold for pain. She's fast and thoroughly and very professional. The place is always neat and tidy. She's great company too and for the price, its extremely incredible!

Had to wait one hour for my appointment. I made the appointment for 1pm was not seen until 2pm, not a single apology was made. Not very professional. Keratin testament was not good either, didn't make any difference to my hair. Have been getting keratin for years now, i know what a good treatment feels like. The lady who did my hair was nice, but being nice is not enough unfortunately! Not very happy overall. Won't be visiting again.

I had my hair coloured and was very sure about the results I wanted to achieve.
I was reassured that they knew exactly what I wanted with the colour.
The end result was exactly what I wanted and was told I would get. I spent a lot of time in the hairdresser whilst having my hair coloured and I was made to feel very comfortable and the stylists were so friendly and helpful and i felt like I've known them for a long time.
I would thoroughly recommend this place to all. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to this place.
