The waxing itself was a bit patchy with more than a few strays but I can give the benefit of the doubt as the previous time was pretty good.
The waxing was so quick, pain free and so relaxing. The therapist was really friendly and very flexible to my needs. It is one of the best beauty parlous i have been to in a long time. I cannot recommend it enough ! She was aware that i am quite delicate with waxes and kept me occupied in chit chat the whole time and honestly i do not exaggerate when i say i barely felt it, and to top it off she gave me a further discount at the end !
The waxing was done quickly and efficiently. The lady clearly had a lot of experience doing this and made sure the area of skin was left smooth without any remaining hairs. I'll be back for sure.
I was happy with overall service, staff was friendly. However the beautician arrived late and the receptionist at the time could have been more informative. Back to the brows- it was done well and the eyelash too. Did not last me as long as usual though.
I had wash, cut and blow dry and it was very good, loved cut style as well as blow dry very glamorous. Stylist professional, friendly and gives very useful advice. Would definitely recommend salon.
