Booking was quick and easy. Service at Natura was friendly and prices reasonable. I will point out though that the more you pay the better result you receive, most often. Keep that in mind when booking
Even after booking the appointment on-line and paid fully, they made me wait for 45 mins and staff did not even inform what is going on and why is it delays. Quality for the facial was not good. I would not visit again very bad
Sophia is a great beauty therapist - I would highly recommend her, she's very friendly and professional
There was a mix up in timings because of the daylight savings so we couldn't get the facial however the staff accommodated us so we got eyebrows and upper lip threaded
