Yes, receptionist did try to call me, but unfortunately in today's word we can text or leave voicemail to prevent bad reviews... not coming back..
The staff are friendly and polite however I was left exposed during several moments of an intimate wax where any passerby could see me in a semi nude state. The technician was inexperienced with the wax used and a replacement member of staff had to take over. Unfortunately the experience has left me bruised in a sensitive area. I had contacted the venue directly for them to address this however my concerns were not met with a response.
The girl who did my hair was very sweet and very chatty I felt very comfortable around her however just found the experience a bit unprofessional. I didn't have a towel put round me when my hair was washed nor did I have one on my hair when it was wet. The blowdry in itself was ok my hair is curly she got it quite smooth apart from the root area was left quite frizzy.
As per usual lovely staff.. always polite and courteous.
Loved my haircut. Even though it was just a trim my hairdresser had steady hands and she knew what she was doing. Making suggestions as i wanted a fringe again.
Got my eyebrows tidied as well. Wow i was suprised at how fast she was. I was worried about she will make a mistake and thread too much hair away but nope it didnt even take her 2 minutes and she was done and my eyebrows looked perfect after such a long time.
Of course recommendations of Natura are always there!
