I had root treatment done and it was very good. Loved hair colour. Hair stylist friendly, informative and very professional, would definitely recommend salon.
Very happy with results, friendly enough staff. My only criticism is that I had an appointment booked and arrived on time, yet they fit in a walk in prior to seeing me. That meant I was seen 15mins late. You should always honour a booked appointment over a walk in.
Regular customer and that in itself says a lot. I enjoy doing my eyelash extensions here at Natura. On this occasion the eyelash extensions looked fabulous as alway. However a few days a few fell out, I was told when I had them done that I could always come back and have a refill but due to being a full-time working mum, I can't seem to find the time so I just leave it lol! as it's not totally obvious.
Was really nice but was charged more after the treatment, I paid out of embarrassment
