All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.I made appointment on line however when I got there I was kept waiting along time the lady was on the phone I asked after 15mins than she come,I had highlights no cut and no blow dry I was in the saloon over 3 1/2 hours the women was spending too much time talking on phone and to other costumers in the end I left with my hair still wet as I had to leave but when I paid the bill it was over £100 I was shocked as this was west end price not cut or blow dry .not worth it .when I got home found that still had grey hairs was very upset I have paid over the top.called them to make a complent made another appointment to sort it.i was not offered a refund.not recommend this place to anyone.
I asked what the parrafin wax treatment includes and was told it was a manicure and paraffin wax. After booking with the Wahanda app, I got a call from the salon saying I cannot purchase the wax treatment alone and would need to also purchase a manicure when I arrive there as a refund cannot be given. Staff on the phone seemed confused and unhelpful.
The pedicure was £10 for just filing and painting the nails, nothing else. Not good value for money, could've been done cheaper elsewhere.
The bookings online should be clearer as I had to pay for something that I hadn't initially planned. Not clear
I had eyebrow threading treatment done and was very good, painless. Customer service very good as usual, would definitely recommend salon.
