I had a waxing treatment at Natura. Overall it was ok the staff were friendly and welcoming the room and the actual treatment were ok, however when I got home I realized I still had a few I hairs left which I had to pluck out.

Treatment was unavailable and I was not notified prior to the session that staff were unavailable during my session to give the treatment.

Very basic, minimalist service, brief colour consultation, little attention, rushing for her next appointment even though my session was booked for 90 mins. First time experienced the situation when had to pay extra for blow dry when colouring my hair. Happy that it was only T section and it kind of blended with my previous highlight as I would have end up with few bleached streaks on my dark brow hair... I seriously question all previous high rating

I had the roller settings treatment done and was pleased with the final look. Stylist friendly and informative, would recommend.
