Robust one hour massage. Therapist was friendly and massage was good.

Room was cold and wasn’t offered a towel straight away. Atmosphere not relaxing and some damp in building, but massage was ok.

Acupuncture was ok ish . That therapist was nice and I believe he has some knowledge.
But massage was terrible !!! The worst massage ever!!! I’m still in shock how can you provide massage like this .
Please have some dignity and learn basic massage ( and customer service) or don’t do any treatments.
And on the top of bad massage room was cold with smell of dump, I didn’t receive any towel .when I said I’m cold I was covered with my top 😳 disgraceful. Please learn from this comment
