Lovely massage and treatments, the staff were so lovely and not too pushy with sales either. I was in a room with no music and a ticking clock which was really distracting. Had keep asking the therapist for some music which was interrupting.

The massage was fine but way too hard. I asked for medium and have woken up the next day with bruises over my back.
The atmosphere was quite odd as well, with music playing in the massage room (easy listening covers of classic rock songs, very distracting as you spend a lot of your time guessing the songs rather than just relaxing) at the same time there is music playing outside the room which bleeds in.
At the end I was asked to pay for the massage despite having paid online.
