I booked a 1 hour session through treatwell and then got a call to say that they were fully booked and could only do two 30 Minute sessions.
I had two 30 minute sessions and the second session exceeded by 5 or 7 min and when I came out the lady who said she was not a therapist but a doctor said you exceeded the 30 min and you need to pay extra. She also was asking how much I paid through treat well and was trying to force me to buy a package directly through them. Very unprofessional.

The massage was ok but you get what you pay for. There's a lot of background noise and I had my message therapist swapped half way through with no explanation. I felt the staff were dishonest talking me into paying money for more treatments only to be told to pay extra on the day. It didn't help that during one of my treatments I heard a guy shouting at the staff for lying about the cost of his treatment; after checking his account and seeing they had charged him more than they verbally said
