Massage was very good and the masseuse was lovely. The ambiance was slightly disturbed by a loud client in the next room which was quite distracting. However, that’s didn’t take away from the actual massage and I’ll be back again.

It’s such a shame because the therapist was amazing and would definitely go back to her but every single time I go to Natura I get bombarded with the receptionist trying to upsell packages and it’s so so off putting. They are very pushy with it and I’m not interested in buying any packages. They need to stop being like this as it puts clients off going! Therapist was amazing but receptionist/pushiness is such a huge put off.
