I booked my husband in for what was described as an hour treatment for ear candling. Other companies said this included a head massage, this didn’t however a review of their ear candling with them said ‘good massage’, so I thought this was included. My husband said the ear candling was odd and they didn’t show him the wax that came out, they asked if he wanted a massage and he assumed it was included so after paying 32 pounds they then charged him another 50 pounds
