Sarah was a wonderful therapist from start to finish. She made me feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. She went over and above and showed real attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back again as it is definitely the best I've had so far. I cannot recommend more highly!

I came here for the first time for a bikini wax this week (having previously visited for massage and facials), and I will be back again. The whole process was friendly, welcoming, relaxed and comfortable. The treatment itself was perfect - a great job done with minimal discomfort. It's not a close salon for me, but well worth driving the extra few miles for such great service and expertise. I'd heartily recommend Natural Balance, and I'll be back again very shortly.
