Attended natural balance on the 21/7/17 from start to finish sarah was amazing, a lady who is really passionate about her job andd thouroughly knows her stuff! Unfortunatley i was late for my appointment and was border meltdown however sarah was still so professional offering me a herbal tea upon arrival, and still took her time with my treatment. The treatment itself was lovely i felt so pampered and relaxed, the results will take a few days to notice so im looking forward too those but the treatment was definatley so worth it, i was treated to a hand and arm massage, cooling mask, my skin felt amazing once leaving. I cant wait to book myself & treat my mum too. Highly Recommend 10/10 :)

A very thorough wax which I was very happy with, done in a very professional manor. I've have had chest and back waxes in a number of places and although they advertise a 1 hour slot, most of them get you in and out within 25 mins. Not the case here, the treatment was a full hour which included waxing everywhere I wanted, moisturising and massaging, Much more pleasant than usual. The only issue is that a week after, the hair seems to be growing back quicker than usual. Not sure if this is related to the products used/type of waxing. However I would definitely use this service again.
