First time at Natural Balance and first time having the treatment in question, which you can imagine would be quite intimidating. The lady who did it (I'm so sorry I have lost your name!) made me feel completely at ease and you could tell she was experienced and educated. Any questions I had were answered and it was a completely pleasant experience (as waxing gets at least!). Absolutely recommended.
