I liked all of it, very relaxing and gentle, nice smells, I definitely feel more relaxed, and could probably fall asleep now!, I found the face the most relaxing part. X

I had never had a massage, before and was quite nervous, espically as I'm not the most confident with my body.
I felt I was in professional hands, with everything explained and eased into resulting in a very relaxing therapy.
I am certainly a convert and will be back for a repeat visit soon enough.
I first went to Natural Balance when I was given a massage as a birthday gift, and I was very impressed. Aside from the relaxing ambience, welcoming premises, and friendly staff, I had specific concerns about massage: As someone with a permanent pelvic injury, I've had several massage therapists concerned about treating me in the past. However, the therapist immediately put my mind at rest with her friendly and reassuring manner, and her clearly comprehensive knowledge of anatomy. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment, and left walking on air! I've since been back, not just for massage, but also for facial treatments, and I will be back again. I've definitely found a gem here!
Could not fault this. This is the best eyebrow wax I have had in a long while. The fact that Sarah spends time explaining procedures and also quality time making sure you are happy with what you have asked for. Not wanting you to leave till you are done properly.
