I booked for a Hollywood here, and I was generally upset about the experience. Lizzie was a polite girl. But the wax was beyond terrible. I had gone in and within 10 minutes I was out. She had missed entire sections and I have booked for another venue to finish the job. The wax was too hot and burnt me so I now have to wait to heal In order to finish the job.

Lizzie was lovely and very pleased with the manicure but would have expected a hand cream to finish. That said I would visit the salon again.

Very welcoming salon. Shona did a lovely job on my nails and I will definitely be going back.
