The salon didn't honour my appointment even through I prepaid. I showed up on time ready to get my nails done for a wedding. The salon owner told me she cancelled my appointment with Treatwell (even though I had received 2 reminders that day to attend) but has not been able to give any proof of this. I still have not received a refund of the £35 I paid from the salon or Treatwell - both are saying it is the other's responsibility to pay. Really upsetting to be honest.
