Terrible, no gloves, didn't bother removing the hair left after the wax, didn't properly remove wax left on my skin, wax kept being applied in sensitive areas where wax shouldn't go. Didn't wash hands properly before moving on to the next customer. Nice temperament but service was awful. Not going back.
