Ellie is very knowledgable and skilled in applying lash extensions. Ellie made me feel comfortable. She ensured I was fully satisfied before I left. The ambience could be improved with soothing music, but having no music wouldn't put me off going again (I briefly fell asleep during my appointment, so the treatment is relaxing).
