Booked for Bioscuplture "full set" which I believed to be fake nails with Biosculpture gel polish as this is what I am used to full set meaning. When I got there, it became clear this was only for the gel polish and when I asked she said they only do polish. I pointed out that the wording was misleading but it was the week before Christmas and I just wanted them done so went along with it. Very poor selection of colours for Biosculpture and when she went to open the pot of top coat, there was a green crust over it and a big dried up film that she had to remove from the top. When she tried to apply this it took off the whole layer of colour below. Tried to redo a couple of times but the stuff was clearly expired so she switched to another brand (without saying anything). The appointment time stated on here was 1hr15 but after 45 minutes, another member of staff started asking if she was nearly done as she wanted to use the nail table (they only have one). After this she was obviously rushing. The lighting in there is not great and it was a misty morning so it was only when I got to my car that I saw how poor the manicure was. A few bubbles and some nails very thin and matt where there weren't enough layers of colour. I had a doctors appointment so didnt have time to go back but was so unhappy that I ended up removing the polish and going to get a proper full set at another salon later in the day. When I told the manager over email she did call me to offer a refund but I don't have signal in work and it kept going to voicemail. I asked her to arrange over email but never heard back. Total waste of money, they shouldn't be offering a brand they clearly don't have the supplies for.

Kat is amazing and works wonders. I've had many massages in the UK and around the world and Kat is one of the best. She was a bit harder on my upper back this time but that is because it is so tight and full of knots but I am feeling a lot more relaxed a few days later. She has recommended that I come in every couple of weeks to help with my back and I definitely will be returning.
