My mum's went here for a 'pampering package' for which I had paid £95 and was hoping it would be great (given the reviews) She came back disappointed and said the therapist was tired and the massage was far worse than any she had had before. The 2hr15 min session started half an hour late and the therapist had to be asked to complete the full session - not what you expect when you are looking to be looked after in a pampering session. The massage and facial were completed, but with sub par quality given the hefty price.
We were keen to resolve the issue with the owner who actually took our communication as a threat and insinuated we were lying by going through cctv footage when we said the therapist had to be asked to complete the 2hr15 session! A complimentary session was offered but we felt hurt by the owner's approach and politely declined. We requested a partial refund and this was not offered. We will not be coming in again.
Everything was fantastic would have appreciated the massage to been a bit more of a deep tissue as booked. Otherwise enjoyed the staff very friendly even the owners! Make it a point to let the staff know well in advance it is a surprise otherwise they end up telling the person it's supposed to be a surprise for, even when I explained in person , confusion lol !! Was disappointed with that but overall still rate the salon highly! Even though the store had shut they allowed my pedicure to dry in good time REALY appreciate that!
