Staff are so very lovely and it's a nice little beauty shop pedicure was lovely. But was a little unimpressed with the gel nails. Everytime I've had gel nails previously my nails have been prepped cuticles cut and surface buffed as these are necessities when having the gel nails done...however on this occasion if you want your nails prepped as they should be prior to gel application you have to pay extra which is a little unfair I've never had that before so I'm disappointed with my gel nails but overall everything else was lovely.

Lovely staff and place. Massage seems a little to light to be deep tissue at certain places.

Very friendly and nice therapist, the massage was very relaxing. Will go back.
My mum's went here for a 'pampering package' for which I had paid £95 and was hoping it would be great (given the reviews) She came back disappointed and said the therapist was tired and the massage was far worse than any she had had before. The 2hr15 min session started half an hour late and the therapist had to be asked to complete the full session - not what you expect when you are looking to be looked after in a pampering session. The massage and facial were completed, but with sub par quality given the hefty price.
We were keen to resolve the issue with the owner who actually took our communication as a threat and insinuated we were lying by going through cctv footage when we said the therapist had to be asked to complete the 2hr15 session! A complimentary session was offered but we felt hurt by the owner's approach and politely declined. We requested a partial refund and this was not offered. We will not be coming in again.
