Absolute joke I turn on time to be told firstly no record of my appointment as they were closed the day before! After much confusion receptionist told therapist a cancellation had come through and I could take it, was seated and asked to fill out form and wait then another staff member walked in and advised that the microdermabrasion machine was not working! The staff member was laughing literally in my face saying it's broken! No apologies were made to me and I just walked out! This is very unprofessional behaviour and they lacked any customer service skills!
Microdermabrasion
I had a text reminder of my booking at 15:15, but when I arrived at the salon at that time I was informed that it was in fact due to have started at 15:00.
That in itself isn't an issue, but I was surprised to leave the salon before 17:25 when my treatments didn't start until after 15:20 and their total duration should have been 3 hours (a 2-hour pamper package and a 1 hour body scrub). It didn't exactly feel like value for money.
That said, the massage and facial were nice.
