Went for a facial after a bit of a taxing week as a treat. Jessica was lovely and very professional. She switched out a mask after I felt a bit of a reaction (not something I'd usually have) and was so reassuring and professional about making the change. The facial was also sooo relaxing I may have drifted off at a couple of points. Just what I needed. Will be back.
