Friendly. I’m a shy person so normally hate getting my hair cut but she made me feel as at ease as you can. She cut my hair as I asked and didn’t insist on layers or a bit of this and a bit of that. Which is good bc i hate it when they insist on styling my hair their way. And she didn’t do that.
