Sam is a great hairdresser and makes me feel valued as a customer. The owner made me tea and was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The actual haircut was really great -the hairdresser was attentive and did a great job. The organisation of the salon was really bad though - the hairdresser had been off, and while she was away the management team had double booked clients meaning I waited half an hour before I was even seen. They had a backlog of clients as I was leaving so obviously wasn't a one-off problem. Poor hairdresser seemed very stressed and the management team didn't seem to be trying to help.
