The therapist was aloof and uninterested from the moment I walked in. Felt like she didn’t want to be there. She rushed the massage and it was very haphazard- no method to it just randomly pressing different parts of my body. No fun. Pressure was low. It was such an obvious lack of interest and technique that there wasn’t much to say. The manager tried to push me to buy a package of ten massages and I politely informed her that I wouldn’t be returning. She gave me a £5 refund.
