I booked twice and both times they cancelled on the day of the appointment. Would not book again.
It was a unique experience. I did get everything I asked for (the cupping, the acupuncture, and the massage) but given the initial consultation, they decided I should have more acupuncture, and only one area massage.
I was really only looking for a one- off taster session but they started suggesting I come in for weekly treatments, and buy their products, etc. If that's what you want, by all means it's great, but if you just wanted to give it a shot, wouldn't recommend as a one-off.
They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the human body though, the consultation is with a real Dr.
I think a "good old" traditional back massage would have done me better than a fancy acupuncture and cupping session.

I arrived at the location and for five minutes no one attended to me even though there were 3 staff around, furthermore right off the bat there was an issue surrounding payment which I had already made through the app. Next was the cleanliness, while the general ambience of the rooms was good, thé floor was dirty and the towels etc once the massage started I had to tell the therapist less pressure atleast three times, she was kind and professional but the massage was average at best
