Truly awful. Easily the worst waxing experience I've had in over 15 years. I stopped the Brazilian Wax before the treatment was finished as I couldn't stand the pain. Used cold strip wax instead of the hot was I asked the manager for. Avoid at all costs.

Really friendly and helpful Dr who did the treatment, thank you to him! Some of the other staff weren’t so great, coming into the room I was undressed in to get items, and cutting in front of me when I was heading to the toilet, so I had to wait whilst they did their hair! Top tip: Massage is a quick acupressure one, so utilised some pressure points, rather than a traditional massage.
