I was pleasantly surprised to be offered acupuncture for half the treatment. I felt this a good alternative to look at it for some physical problems I have been experiencing.

Good customer care, seemed to deal with the many many clients despite being slightly short staffed. fairly enigmatic staff behind the till, but friendly and professional all the same.

Great value for money. Staff were nice, but weren't very friendly and I felt quite awkward. After treatment, there is a hard sell on packages and additional medication.

It would be an overall much better experience if the manager/owner wasn’t letting me pay until he tried to promote me every single product/service available in an extremely annoying way. I was planning to go back, but after all this “selling” experience after the treatment, I don’t think it’s worth it.
