It was the worst experience that I ever had!!!!!!!First of all, they told me that my appointment was at 5, when I actually had a booking for 3 and a message to prove it. Secondly, I went in for a Hollywood wax, but I couldn't let the beautician finish the waxing, as she was waxing with cold wax and paper strips!!!!! HORRIBLE!That beauty salon should be banned or at least it shouldn't be in Chelsea where you kind of expect different standards!
