Awful experience - filthy venue, rooms haven't seen a paint or a clean for years, not professional service at all, whilst getting facial (30 mins after appt was due to start) the same lady was manning reception, telephone etc so was in and out to room - no uniform on so guessing the receptionist and not a beauty therapist, didn't know how to do facial and didnt appear very clean - hands particularly!! Awful experience and Treatwell should not have them as a venue - they are way below standard. Upon inspection they would fail!
