The problem was that the wax was not ready- first it was cold and the beautician had to stop and wait until it gets hotter. For some reason however after she resumed, it had gone too hot( almost burning) and she had to stop again to wait until it gets to a normal temperature. As you can imagine this whole process resulted in extending the time of procedure( what if I didn't have 1 hour to spare there?), causing me stress. She tried to compensate by being very friendly but I think she should have gone and speak with her manager to offer me compensation as it's an experience I don't wish to repeat. Good location, staff friendly but maybe lacks experience and slow
The Massage did last 10 minutes less than what asked and paid for and I made them noticed as I was already outside talking to them less than an hour from when the massage did start. The room was very small and not very cleaner. Massage itself was just ok and nothing special. I have weekly massage and many other places are much better and with more skilled and qualified beautician. Make sure to ask to have a Chinese girl doing massage to you as sometimes they've got young ladies without any experience and they're not good at all.
