The manicure itself was ok but they tried to charge me twice the amount indicated on treatwell and to charge me an extra fee for paying by card. Not honest
I had a wonderful Italian beautician who was extremely efficient and lovely. The whole wax was done in just over 10 minutes! Would definitely go back.
Nice therapist but very painful and slightly messy job. Door into therapy room was very exposed in the middle of the reception when opened and closed i felt very uncomfortable.
I have to be honest I used a groupon and not Treatwell this time but worth letting you all know.
I had a massage and my bf too
The rooms were inadequate and dirty, my masseuse was ok but she only gave me 30 min massage and left half way through to complain with her manage about a personal issue. The manager start swearing at her. You can imagine how not relaxing that was. Also my boyfriend in the room next door told me his masseuse didn't massage him at all but sort of pinched him with no oil.
I'm sure you care about your costumers and they clearly do not. If I did like the massage I will go back full price but it was so bad I will not want anyone to buy the Groupon for that massage. My masseuse assure me if you book full price rhe treatment is different and much better room downstairs.
