Efficient and helpful - even though Treatwell had failed to book the appointment properly.
I was really impressed with my therapist. She really took the time to make sure she did the best job possible even though we were running slightly late - she wasn't in a rush and made me feel v comfortable. Would def come back to see her again.
Very quick and easy experience with very friendly staff who made me feel comfortable. Able to give me advice on further treatments.
Good for the price. They use a mix of hot wax and strips but the waxer was less knowledgeable about the hot wax. Waxer was meticulous and it took a bit longer than normal but more thorough. Overall decent
