The treatment itself was ok- however I felt the cleanliness of the venue was disappointing. A broken treatment bed ( when my head was in the “hole” my view was of a broken nail), stains on the wall and face masks were not worn correctly (nose on display). During the treatment the therapist kept leaving the room, opening the door to the reception area meaning I was in full view half naked to a reception/ road. The room was incredibly tired, untidy and felt unclean which ruined my experience
