I am so pleased with the results of my waxing, the therapist really took time to be thorough and did a fantastic job, and managed not to leave me covered in bruises and excess wax like at some salons. The therapist asked if I was happy to have the waxing done in the waiting area as rooms were busy. I wasn't keen at all then she managed to the waxing in a small room.
My booking was for arm and underarm she said it can't right. After finishing waxing she asked me to pay for the underarms £10 on top of what I had paid already.
This confrontation could have been avoided if she had checked details prior to offering the service.
