Really neat and clean rooms. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The treatment was exactly what I wanted and the beautician was kind and thorough.

I told the therapist several times the wax was too hot and she would continue to 'blow' on the wax before applying it in an attempt to cool it down. She was apologetic but I felt burnt and it was painful. Would not go again.

Arrived and they mixed up my appointment then had to change rooms in just my underwear - pretty uncomfortable for an already awkward experience. Staff was very friendly. Got a rash after the wax but not sure if this is a common occurrence
