Can't fault my experience at Natural Light at all but would recommend booking directly through them instead Treatwell. Treatwell changed the appointment time without notifying them (second time this has happened), thankfully they managed to fit me in and service was impeccable.

This is the best salon I've been to in Surrey. The therapists are all so friendly, professional and efficient. The salon itself is gorgeous, treatment beds are heated, there is always a gorgeous smell and all round very relaxing. Great customer service and value for money. I would never go anywhere else.

Very disappointed that they keep increasing their prices, so won’t be coming again unfortunately. But I had a lovely wax. She did a great job, very friendly.
