Chloe was really friendly and made me feel comfortable the moment I got there. Although the spa room is small it is clean and relaxing. The wax itself was painless and quick - would defo return and book with Chloe again.

Beautiful treatment room ,free parking just off the a3 what a result .I didn't have Alice I had Katie she was wonderful.

I had booked for legs, armpits and Hollywood wax When arriving the therapist only did Hollywood for me and when I informed her I had also arm pits and legs booked too she was unaware of this and said that she already had another client waiting. I felt uncomfortable that I had to insist legs and armpits are done too as this is what I had planned, booked and paid for. The legs waxing was very rushed and not properly done as I was left with patches of hair which hadn’t been waxed. I am disappointed
