Another good massage but didn’t get the therapist booked. Treatwells booking system clearly isn’t synced with the spa as more than once I’ve tried to book Alice, only to be told she’s not available after booking. This time it was booked ok but on turning up Alice wasn’t available. This must be a Treatwell issue. Massage itself was great. But the spa has now suggested contacting them direct to ensure the choice of therapist. Sort it out Treatwell!

Chloe was really friendly and made me feel comfortable the moment I got there. Although the spa room is small it is clean and relaxing. The wax itself was painless and quick - would defo return and book with Chloe again.
