My waxing lady was so lovely, it was only her second week and she was so friendly - the time went by so quickly with her. Though it hurt (because I haven't had a wax since covid began), the whole process was pleasant!

The venue was very good and the treatment was pretty good. The time of the treatment was changed on the same day and the therapist also was different but overall I am satisfied.
