I had my first ever Reiki session with Katie. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but she made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. She took the time to chat to me after the session and explain what she had done, and share recommendations for future treatments. Really impressed with the friendly service I received and I am looking forward to returning in the future!

Natural Light is an independent therapist (team?), working out of the Har Spa at Harbour Hotel, Guildford. Trying to locate the spa initially was difficult, because this info is not immediately evident on their website.
When I went to the Har Spa to try to find out where Natural Light was / schedule the treatment, the staff were rude and dismissive. These staff, it must be stressed, were not Natural Light personnel and they were quick to demarcate themselves, which was not helpful to me as a client who had bought a Treatwell offer. Har Spa staff told me to go home and wait for a call from Natural Light to arrange my treatment the next day. I had called 4 to 5 times that day so after refusing to leave the Har Spa reception without speaking to management, Katie from Natural Light appeared and resolved the situation. She was great!
My suggestion to both Natural Light and to Har Spa is this: it would be helpful to both teams to work collaboratively so that clients don't feel dismissed. We don't care which spa front of house staff work for, we just want acknowledgement and polite treatment. As a first interaction with both spa brands, it wasn't positive.
I arranged treatment times for my partner and I with Katie. When we arrived, AGAIN, we were treated rudely by Har Spa personnel, one of whom was very quick to point out that Katie was not her manager. At this point, we just were fed up with these people. After a wait of 10mins, Katie again appeared and took us for a tour of the spa and gave us of details of our treatments. From this point on, the experience was a lot smoother.
Rachel was our masseuse, and the treatment we chose was 30min Kundalini message. Rachel was really nice, very attentive and keen to ensure we were both comfortable. The massages were both FANTASTIC, super relaxing - both my partner and I fell asleep. Thank you, Rachel (and Katie).
The Har Spa facilities were OK. There was a sauna but no ice cold plunge pool. There was an outdoor jacuzzi, but it was cold. The steam room, indoor jacuzzi and showers were decent. There weren't enough beds for everyone in the relaxation area. The hairdryers in the ladies locker room didn't work. I've been to spas with better facilities. In summary, Natural Light therapists - GREAT! Har Spa staff and facilities - could be a lot better.

Absolutely brilliant. The massage was incredibly relaxing and the staff at natural light were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!!!
