This is the way to run a service , Quick detailed communication, pre booking and follow up . Meet on arrival made to feel so relaxed and welcome as a single male guest, personally shown around the Spa and the treatment took me to another world I experienced something I didn't know existed peace ! complete and utter peace really unexpected .Nothing was too much trouble and Katie took the time to explain to me treatment and what could help me going forward. Totally 5 stars the spa was nice very quite when I went to I was able to have a little sleep by the pool.

It's easy to see why they have such good reviews - lovely ladies that are very welcoming and put you at ease. Both our treatments were very relaxing, so for Natural Light I have given 5 stars but probably would not go to the actual Harbour Hotel spa again, it is very small and unfortunately on the day we weren't able to use the outdoor pool which was a shame, also was a bit noisy during treatments.
