It's easy to see why they have such good reviews - lovely ladies that are very welcoming and put you at ease. Both our treatments were very relaxing, so for Natural Light I have given 5 stars but probably would not go to the actual Harbour Hotel spa again, it is very small and unfortunately on the day we weren't able to use the outdoor pool which was a shame, also was a bit noisy during treatments.
On arrival we went to the Spa reception desk and encountered a small dark haired man who didn't exactly give us a warm and friendly greeting and certainly no smile. He failed to enquire whether this was our first visit and rattled of instructions machine gun style in a very strong accent. We asked him to repeat them. We then asked again explaining that we were struggling to understand him because of his accent and would he slow down please. No apology given and little or no change in his delivery. We made our own way into the long corridor and managed to find our respective changing facilities. I had to go back to reception and ask where we would be met by our masseurs. We felt like we were an intrusion on his day rather than being welcomed guests who were paying £190 for the morning.
However, the couples massage was wonderful and the Spa facilities spacious and clean. That rescued the day for us. I have already sent feedback direct to the Spa and received a sensible reply.
