I had booked an appointment for gel extensions, but unfortunately, I was given shellac instead, which is not what I requested. The final result looks very unprofessional — the nails appear bulky and uneven, almost like croissants. There’s visible glue left around my cuticles, and the overall finish looks dirty and rushed. The nail technician seemed to be in a hurry throughout, which I feel affected the quality of the service.

There are some very nice massage chairs for the pedicure station. However, I would up with gel polish on the sides and tops of some of my toes, and one nail has been cut more at an angle.
