I've been to Natural Nails many times before and loved it, however my visit on Sunday made me really upset. I had an appointment for 4:00pm but I was told to wait until 4:40. I left the salon two hours later. The treatment took long and the staff was no nice. I wasn't as happy with the results as I am usually. I am not sure if the staff has changed, but it was a disappointing visit and the price was higher than usually.
