I usually have a really good experience here but on Saturday I did not get Mia, I had a gentleman do my shellac manicure instead. One finger was overfiled to the point of bleeding and having the pull my hand away. Multiple spots where blood was drawn and both thumbnails have chipped after 2 days :( if I didn’t have a pedicure booked for after I would have not gone threw with the manicure after the first 5 minutes.

Thought I liked this place but this time they rushed my appointment and finished 15 minutes before. She was very dismissive with my requests so in the end I gave up and let her get on with it. I asked for more polish for the design on my nails but she said no. My nails now look like a DIY attempt where you can see the brush streaks. If I’m paying extra for a design then I expect you to pay attention to the reference picture. I’m really disappointed with my nails. This place is only good if you want a really simple manicure/ pedicure. Do not get designs here they obviously can’t handle it.

happy with the results of nails gel infills treatment just a bit disappointed that cuticles were not done with this treatment .
