Don’t trust Michael with your nails.
My appointment started 15mins late.
Michael was very rough and though the nails looked good when initially put on, one cracked and broke within 4 hours. The rest had pinged off within a week. Not exactly what you expect for over £40.
My friends nails were done by the girl, and were great, lasted a long time and looked great.
However when she went to take them off it was Michael and her cuticles are ruined and so sore.

The previous colour was left on at the sides on several nails and even with the BIAB I already have cracks after 2 days.
Natural Nail Strengthening
I had to wait 40 minutes to get seated from my appointment time. And then, my design was simplified to the extreme. I talked about the design of how I wanted my nails to be beforehand through their social media and was told they could do it. But at the end, the technician, Jimmy, told me it was my fault that I’m not satisfied with it because I chose the colours. I asked for the nails to be taken off but was told I’ll need to book again. I dunno what I was supposed to do…
Gel Nails Manicure
Had pre booked app for 5.30, got to the salon at 5.25 Jimmy had just started another another customer’s nails and asked me to wait 5 mins. At 5.45 I asked if I should come back and he said come back at 6.00pm. I returned at 6.02 to find Jimmy doing someone else’s nails! He made me put my hands in hot acetone rather than using foil to remove old gel and broke my nail so I had to have the others cut down!! Had to pay full price and got a feeble excuse and apology. Would not return to Jimmy! :-(
